As a valued partner of Clipper Gifts we would like to formally inform you of a number of changes, which we will soon be implementing, these changes are listed below and further details can be provided on request.
PRICE INCREASE
As of Tuesday 1st August 2017, we will be applying a percentage increase on our item unit prices.
We have conducted an intense analysis of the current pricing on our range of products and based on the research, assessment of market conditions and due to a range of extenuating influences out of our control, we have calculated that there will be an average increase of 7% in price per product group.
We are fully aware and understand that an increase in pricing can be seen as a challenge, but we have held off on this price increase until we deemed fit and that the market had stabilised enough before making the necessary changes.
Please note that this price increase will not effect our current print, handling, origination and shipping costs; these will remain unchanged until the end of this year.
As briefly mentioned above our shipping costs and methods will remain the same until the end of this year, therefore as a valued partner you will still benefit from our fast delivery service at no extra cost.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE & FEE
From 1st August 2017 the minimum order value will increase to €120 excluding shipping costs and any order below this value will incur a small order fee of €45.
SAMPLES
We are happy to announce that we will continue to offer free samples. However, to enable us to improve our internal levels of service, reaction and process times, we will be introducing an administration fee for samples, which are not processed via our website.
The administration fee of €2.50 net will be added to the sample order (even though your samples are sent FOC) and this will commence as of 1st August 2017.
